An annual non-refundable $45 registration fee is required when signing up for classes. Second and third siblings are $15 each. The family registration maximum fee is $70. Summer registration fee is $15 per dancer (new students only).
Tuition is due on the 15th of each month and will be automatically debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card on file. Fees will apply for any declined transactions. A late fee of $20 will be applied for any tuition not paid by the 20th of the month. Tuition is non-refundable.
For adults with busy schedules, we offer class cards. Call for pricing and details.
Students are expected to adhere to the dress codes. Students without proper attire and hair will not be allowed to participate in class. Dancers who dress appropriately feel more prepared and therefore tend to be more focused and successful in class.
We generally follow the Fort Bend ISD calendar. When the students and teachers have a major holiday, the studio will close. In the case of inclement weather and possible studio closings, we will leave messages on the studio voice mail, send e-mails, and post information on the web site.
Attendance and Etiquette:
Regular class attendance is strongly encouraged. We do not give refunds for missed classes. Prompt arrival for class is necessary for the safety of each dancer. Missing the beginning warm-ups of class can lead to injury. Any student arriving later than 10 minutes may be asked to observe class. This decision is left to the discretion of the teacher. No gum, candy, or food is allowed in the classrooms. Students may take bottled water to class. Cell phones MUST be on silent or left outside of the classroom. In class and out of class, students are expected to be respectful of fellow students, teachers, and studio property. No running or gymnastics allowed in the halls/ waiting areas. Parents are responsible for damages to studio property made by any child in their supervision. EPIC Center for Dance will not be responsible for lost or stolen personal items left at the studio. Parents are encouraged to label all items brought to class. Viewing windows are provided, but no tapping on the window, waving, or other distractions are allowed.
Students must wear cover-ups to and from the studio. Dancers should not be dropped off more than ten minutes before class starts, and they need to be picked up no later than ten minutes after class is dismissed. Dancers waiting for rides must wait inside the studio.
Notice of intent to withdraw from any or all classes must be given in writing to the Office Administrator by the first of the month. Verbal notice given to teachers is not sufficient. Tuition billing will continue until sufficient notice of withdrawal is given. Any student returning after completely withdrawing from the studio will need to pay registration fees. Any account placed on a temporary "hold" will be charged a $25 reinstatement fee.
Recital fees are due in October. Our recital is not mandatory, but we highly encourage our students to participate. Recital is a great opportunity for students to showcase their skills while developing their ability to perform in front of an audience. Being in the theater environment is another great learning experience for dancers. Costume fees are due by December 1st of the current year. No refunds can be given for recital fees or costume fees- no exceptions.
We reserve the right to provide a substitute teacher for a class in the event that the regularly scheduled teachers cannot attend. No refunds or credits will be given in the event a substitute teacher must be scheduled.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site.
